How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

This depends on where you live and how quickly you want your order. For UK orders your goods will normally be dispatched within 2 days and should arrive Royal Mail 1st class post within 1-2 days. We’ve tried to keep the prices down as much as possible but in order to securely track your parcel we use recorded delivery in the UK. We hope that this gives you that extra peace of mind knowing that your order will arrive safely.

If you just want balloons we will only charge £1.00 for postage.

UK 1st class (1-2 working days) £3.50
UK Special Delivery (next day for orders received before 12 noon mon-fri) £10.00
Europe (8-10 working days) £17.50
Rest of World (12-14 working days) £35.00

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

If you have any special deadlines for delivery, please call or email us to let us know, and we'll do our best to help. Please make sure you type your address and postcode correctly as it speeds up delivery no end!

Can I have free postage on my order?

We all like free postage and we have considered offering it all the time but sadly the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere. Instead, we aim to give you good value prices on our products so you still save money buying through us.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

We do our very best to send your goods out within 7 days but sometimes events beyond our control prevent this from happening. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you straight away to say sorry, and see whether you still want us to send the order.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are available if something is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible after we receive your order,and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative.
